Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, with over 20 years' experience as a professional athlete (Olympian and Fitness World Champion), I decided to combine my know-how with my passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle. Michelle Lenhardt Fitness & Performance was born to help you set and achieve concrete goals, and encourage you to engage on physical exercise programs with motivational strategies that prevent relapses.
